Had a good time in London. Was there seeing clients and visiting friends. Had a good time at a BBQ at James' and Gerda's also playing frisbee and aerobie in the park. I stayed at Karen's place in Kensington which was beautiful and centraly located. had a fun night out with Basil aka Andrew Poole and Hilton. Also watched Deuce Bigolo European Gigolo which Hilton had a funny scene in. Was funny to see Hilton screech like a little girl. I ended up going to Copenhagen for a job which was nice as I had never been there. Anyway have been in Barcelona since. Its quiet here in August, I have been trying to fill my hours studying Spanish but ended up getting a terrible flu with a fever and now it has turned into a mind numbing sinus infection. AAAAAHHHH. Anyway off to Italy next weeks to visit with the family so......... enjoy the pics and check back soon!

Well here is a little post for Sexxxpensive to get Psyched up for Viareggio. Burla Beach CUp Sept. 21-24 all of you get ready. Its SEXXXY TIME IN SEPT. So if you need convincing here are some pics to convince you more. So far we are Me, Miq, Flo, Sili, Harry, Rue, Shaun, Peter, I heard Jelle is in, I just got a yes from Thor, and Shaun is trying to convince Rocky. Oh yeah!!!! So the Inexpensive are going to find out what it means to be pensive without the Sexxx!!!!

Inexpensive are going to be there and there were not enough Sexxxy originals there.

Bravas Olympics, June 10th 2006

Our yearly Patatas Bravas Olympics. Fun Fun Fun. Its a day when the spirit of Ultimate goes and the competetive spirit and trash talking comes back into sports. This year was a bit different in the sports we played: Archery? Canoeing? Football, Volleyball, and Ultimate. The teams were old guys against young guys. The cut off was 33 so I am still a young guy. However we got our asses kicked, losing 4 events to 1. The closest and best was the football. Where we lost 3 to 2 on a last minute strike by all purpose player Miquel Prat. He also saved several goals while playing in net and saved a sure goal by Tackling me in the penalty area oh yeah it was soccer not American football but....... he tackled me anyway. I then stepped up and put the penalty straight into the post. My second post of the game. I did manage to score though so was not to dissapointed.

The Archery was embarrassing and was not close. The canoeing we won put on a dispute was repeated and we lost. Volleyball, hmmmmm. Finally Ultimate the sport that really counted the young ones taught the old boys a lesson winning 12-7. I also won a dinner from Miquel on a bet. HA!!!!!!

Talampaya, Geneva. June 2-9, 2006

Just got back from Geneva visiting my Parents and playing Talampaya. Talampaya is a coed Ultimate tournament hosted by The Wizards, the Geneva team. It was a hard tournament for me physically as it ended with me covered in cuts and scrapes and all my muscles tight and tired. Getting older is hard. We finished 13th of 32 which is ok. I thought however going into the tournament that we had a stronger team. We just did not play that well and most of us underacheived for some reason. But the Patatas Bravas my team fought well and we had some close games against some good teams. What is still clear is on grass we are just to unorganised and our flow tends to end quickly. However, I think with the players we have, if they stay, we have a pretty solid team and the girls, especially the new ones: Marie, Maida, and Asli are improving so much and were the big surprise of the tournament.

We had a nice BBQ at my parents and was happy for all who came. The great Sili came and it was nice to have a Sexxxy face there. I am now really looking forward to Viareggio and the next Sexxxpensive tournament.

I would like to apologise to Miquel for only putting bad pictures of him. He asked me to put nice ones for all those people who don't know him to realize that he is quite normal so today I will put together a Miquel photo page. Just so you all know he is one of my best friends in the World and would do anything for his friends. Some people say that we are like an old married couple. So this is a dedication to Miquel Prat Planas one of my dearest friends.

SEXXXPENSIVE

Another crazy time for the Sexxxpensive boys. We had a great Tournament and finished 6th losing in the quarters to Stinks the dirty cheatin Swede's. We played a great tournament rolling through our competition. Until Stinks. They played well and we were unlucky......... But while they made the finals and went to sleep early we continued our absolute form of being the team that has the most fun at Paganello. We play hard party hard and manage to laugh the entire time. My team is amazing. I just want to share a few pictures with you all as an example.

Cape Town

I was in Cape Town for three months and had an amazing time. I was living at Dirk's place and we spent many a day surfing together from Dadersteen, Melkbos, Yzerfontein, Llundadno, Glen Beach, and other spots around the cape.

One special weekend we surfed a good 16 hours from Friday afternoon to Sunday night with some great 4 to 5 foot fun waves in the morning at Dadersteen to 4 to 5 foot barrels that Llundadno is famous for.

Also joining us a lot of days were Andrew, James, Hilton, Cliff, and Alessandro the new legend of Italian surfing. The water was cold and full of wildlife including dolphins, seals, and apparently a Great White which we did not see.

I also met Karen in Cape Town and had an amazing time with dinners and drinks and trips to Koel Bay(not sure of spelling) which is a beautiful beach near Gordons Bay famous for its cave, baboons, good surf and the occaisonal Great White.

We had loads of fun together from Karaoke nights to House parties to the very fun costume party that saw Andrew and I trying to help a guy who had fallen 20 feet from a bridge to concrete. He was ok but had a broken arm, hip, and nasty knock on the head.

My trip ended at James and Gerda's wedding which was amazing. They honored me be asking me to read at their wedding which I did with a cold and the sniffles which touched everyone as they thought I was crying.

We proceeded to drink and dance the night away with Andrew passed out on a couch and James and I belting out losing my religion.

Andrew and I woke the next morning to the biggest spider I have ever seen. It scared the S#@& out of both of us.

I have to say I love Cape Town and consider it a second home and for any of you who have never been all I can say is GO!!!!
